At Silk Fragrances, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We strive to deliver high-quality products and an enjoyable shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may wish to request a refund or return. Please review our policy below to better understand our process for refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to our support team to initiate a return or exchange.

Note: Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tested.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence: For damaged or incorrect products, please provide photos to help us assess the situation quickly.
  3. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and shipping costs for returns will be covered by Silk Fragrances in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for eligible items.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Please note that the refund process may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment method.

4. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please follow the Return Process outlined above.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or Opened Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or tested fragrances.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during promotions or sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
